Alex Lewis, Chairman

Alex Lewis is President of Patrician Management. Mr. Lewis has been in the business of property management all of his life, growing up in the family business and working actively in it for over thirty years. Participating in construction and company owned real estate investments, i.e. hotels, apartment complexes, shopping centers, and garden office buildings. Mr. Lewis graduated in Business from Louisiana State University in 1974.


Alex Lewis, Jr., President

Alex graduated from Louisiana State University in Construction Management with a minor in Business. After college, he spent 8 years working for Womack Construction where he managed renovations of the OLOL hospital expansion at their Essen Lane location. He joined the team at Patrician Management in 2015, overseeing major renovations at all communities.


Paige McLemore, Director of Property Management

Paige is responsible for overseeing all facets of property operations for Patrician Management's nearly 3,500 multifamily apartment homes. During her 13 years at Patrician, she has been responsible for the research and implementation of marketing strategies, team education, PMS updates, and changes. She uses this knowledge to provide insight and consultation on potential property acquisitions.  Paige received her B.A. from Louisiana State University in 2006.

Ryan Allen, Director of Business Development

Ryan is responsible for identifying multifamily real estate acquisition opportunities throughout the Southeast. He performs financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and due diligence. He has been with Patrician Management for 12 years. He received a B.A. in ISDS from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the Louisiana State University Flores MBA program.

Mark Doughty, Financial Controller

Mark oversees the accounting functions and preparation of financial statements for Patrician Management. He establishes and enforces policies and procedures related to financial and accounting decisions as well as enforcing internal controls. He is a certified public accountant and has 8 years of public and private accounting experience. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a Master in Accountancy (MAcc) from Louisiana State University.

Joyce Pearson, Accountant

Joyce is responsible for the property financials of all the conventional communities and one condominium conversion. Joyce began her career with Patrician in their hotel business in 1976, later becoming an assistant controller. She later moved to the corporate office location to work in accounting.

Mark Wesley, Financial Accountant

Mark is responsible for accounting and managerial reporting for the largest entity managed by Patrician Management, the New Orleans Navy Housing LLC PPV (Public Private Venture) which is responsible for 936 multifamily homes for military members, retirees, and Department of Defense employees, in New Orleans and Belle Chasse, Louisiana. He has been with Patrician Management since 2000 and is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana receiving a BA degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.

Amy Davis, Director of Human Resources

Since joining Patrician Management in 2009, Amy has been responsible for the company's Human Resources Department and manages the Accounts Payable Department. With more than twenty years of experience, Amy’s goal has been to continually improve these departments and implement new programs to meet the changing needs of the company and its employees.

Susan Scully, Area Manager

Susan managed our largest conventional portfolio for 5 years until one of the properties recently sold. She currently manages over 600 units in the Baton Rouge, LA area. She has been with Patrician Management for 15 years and has worked in the Property Management industry for 25 years. Over the course of the 25 years in the industry she has worked in several different markets, which in addition to Louisiana include Florida and California, as well as managed all types of properties. 

Jeff Farr, Area Manager

Jeff has been responsible for more than 2,000 units during his career and has 14+ years of property management experience throughout Baton Rouge, LA. He has worked as a leasing consultant, assistant manager, and area manager throughout his 13 years with Patrician Management. He graduated from LSU with a Bachelor's in Marketing in 2007.

Mike Adams, Area Manager

Mike moved to Baton Rouge in 2001 to attend LSU. He has over 13 years of Property Management experience, all with Patrician Management. He started as a weekend leasing agent and has assumed every role within the leasing office. In his spare time enjoys playing golf and watching his children play sports.

Jessica Otwell, Area Manager

Jessica has been with Patrician Management since 2008. She started her career in property management as a leasing consultant, and she now oversees Patrician’s entire Georgia portfolio. She is also part of the acquisitions team and assists with due diligence processes. She has earned several designations from the National Apartment Association, including her CAM and CAPS designations

Darryl Herbert, Area Manager

Darryl is the Area Property Manager over our two Military Housing properties in the New Orleans, La area. The properties total 935 units with a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom townhomes, apartments, and single-family homes. Darryl has been a member of Patrician Management for 14 years and has worked in every department to understand the full picture of property management specializing in PPV housing.
