Lewis, the founder of our company, and the all masonry construction provided virtual soundproofing and quiet comfort.

The Patrician features ten floor plans including one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments, and two bedroom town homes, each containing all kitchen appliances complete with 20 cubic foot side by side frost free refrigerators with ice makers, and self-cleaning ovens. Other amenities include window treatments, plush carpeting, wall-to-wall closets, and washer/dryer connections.
